This second python snakeskin wallet is rather like a lovely, chunky little python book or box. With eight slots for cards and a single pocket for cash. The spine of the wallet was made from the wide scale of the python snakeskin toning nicely with the shading on the snakeskin used for the front and back of the wallet. The use of the back cut skin was carried on to the inside of the wallet using a smaller scale back cut snakeskin at the tops of the card slots. I tried to give this python snakeskin wallet a slightly different character than the first python snakeskin wallet. |

I have to admit these two python snakeskin wallets have been quite a challenge. Just matching the scales and shades of the snakeskin was quite difficult and working the design from a drawing. When I have made wallets before I have usually had an old wallet to copy and been working with lizard skin or leather so I am very pleased with these two wallets myself! Now I have the website it is nice to keep a record of some of the orders that I have completed. |
